Installation

Step 1: Wiring the emulator

Turn off the ignition. Remove the 4 screws that hold the plastic dashboard, carefully remove the covers to gain access to the wire harnesses and fuses.

Step 2: Wiring

Locate the OBD plug of the vehicle. The unit has 4 wires that need to be connected to the vehicle's OBD harness (refer to the diagram below, front perspective).

Step 3: Adblue and Air pressure sensors

Connect the blue wire from the emulator to the Adblue pressure sensor, and the gray wire to the Air sensor. To accomplish this, you will need to route wires from the OBD connector to the engine compartment beneath the cab, as the pressure sensors are situated on the engine.

After that, cut the wire from PIN1 of the sensor and connect the wire from the emulator to it.

Step 4: Disable SCR sistem

Locate the F1 fuse and disable/remove it.

Step 5: Disable NOx

Find the NOx sensor wire harness and cut the red- brown wire within it. Make sure to isolate it afterwards.

Step 6: Check Adblue levels

Turn on the ignition of the vehicle and check the Adblue levels. If the gauge is at around 75 or 90%, then the emulator is connected properly.

Once checked, place the emulator in a safe spot and fix it with a strap to avoid it rattling around. When done, the dashboard cover can be reattached.
