Installation

Step one:

Emulator is to be connected to the ACM plug. Please find ACM module (this is located right hand side of the frame) Remove/unplug ACM plug.

Step two:

Please connect emulator as shown below. (connect to wires from ACM plug)

Power connections:

BROWN wire from emulator connect to - PIN 58 (-Negative)

RED wire from emulator connect to- PIN 60 (+ Positive/power)

CAN LINE Connections:

CAN 1 - Cut wires PIN1 and PIN5 and connect the emulator to the wires going toward the truck, not to the ends that goes into the plug.

WHITE wire from emulator connect to PIN1

BLUE wire from emulator connect to PIN5

CAN 2 - DO NOT cut these wires, Connect the wires in parallel.

GREEN wire from emulator connect to PIN10

YELLOW wire from emulator connect to PIN14

Step three:

Please disconnect NOx sensor. To do this please cut wire from PIN 49 and isolate the ends.

Step four:

Once emulator has been installed turn ignition on and check Adblue level gauge is showing, this would indicate installation has been successful.
